Yes you can it, for example if your order status is “Pending” or “Processing”, then you can inform us within 24hrs via phone (0208 144 0668) or email (sales@ bestdoorhandles.co.uk) to make the changes in your order. However it’s not always possible to make any changes to your order, for example if your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change it. In case of change in your order your order processing can be delayed for couple of days.
You can return your order and get full refund. Make sure you inform us about any return within 7 business days and we receive the goods within 7 working days, in perfect sellable condition and in its original packaging.
Please Note: 1) If you fail to do this, then 30% of order amount will be incurred as restocking charge.
2) Delivery Charges are Non-Refundable
3) Refund will be processed in 15 to 20 working days.
What I do, if the item which I received was damaged
In case of damaged item (s) received. You should inform us by email immediately and send it back to the address mentioned on your Invoice. We will exchange it for free, provided we receive the item back within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Any item returning after 7 days will incured 30% restocking chage
